When you make an enquiry, we receive the name, company details, email address and project information you choose to send. We use this to respond, discuss the requested service, prepare a proposal and manage any resulting engagement. Please avoid sending sensitive or confidential project files until an appropriate sharing arrangement is agreed.

Service providers and access

This website is hosted on WordPress.com. Website, form, email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver their services. Access to enquiry and project information is limited to people who need it for the relevant task. Any further delivery-team access, including overseas access where relevant, is considered during project onboarding and agreed contractual arrangements.

Retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably required to respond, manage a business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. The period depends on whether an engagement proceeds and the records involved.
